The Shephard offers living spaces that are large in scale while being accessible and livable. There was a specific plan for the apartments to flow from room to room, as well as a real awareness that in living here, residents will find they have “a place for everything” -- a mantra oft repeated by the building designers when seated at the drafting tables and envisioning life at The Shephard.
